Liquid gold stratia review11/11/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() It was a good time to just reset and preoccupy myself with something else while I was also being a student and doing other student things. I started really getting into skincare around the time my boyfriend and I decided to take a break from our relationship for a hot sec (FYI – we’re still together lol). I’ve been slacking on this so much but I think it’s time I actually DO something about my love for skincare so here it is for the whole wide world to see! My first review and post on this blog!! Till next time – and remember to follow me on my skincare instagram.ĪHHH. ![]() Overall, I love this and am excited to purchase this again once winter rolls around to protect my face! Definitely give it a shot if you’re dehydrated and oily like I am! One huge con for me was the pump – I had to ditch a lot of product at the end because the pump just stopped working and wouldn’t pump out anything. The glass bottle was a good change and a lot nicer than normal plastic bottles (and more sustainable!). I definitely wrecked my moisture barrier and had the most dehydrated and oily skin out there. I honestly am so glad I found this stuff and am so sad to see it go. Panthenol: otherwise known as Vitamin B5 which is super super moisturizing.Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Seed Oil & Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Fruit Oil: loved both of these but I haven’t heard much about them!.Rosa Mosqueta (Rose) Hip Oil: I’ve heard such great things and this definitely kept me hydrated!.Niacinamide: my HOLY GRAIL of all ingredients – this has helped my redness a lot and my oilyness come down so I was definitely excited to see this here. The ingredients that stick out to me are: Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Ethoxydiglycol, Niacinamide, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Rosa Mosqueta (Rose) Hip Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Seed Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Fruit Oil, Panthenol, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Squalane (olive-derived), Cetyl Alcohol, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA It’s suitable for all skin types but drier skin folks may want to add another heavier cream or layer on top. Liquid Gold ismade up of various ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids and is supposed to mimic the skin’s natural barrier while also help restore the skin’s natural moisture barrier and help dehydrated skin types. On Stratia’s site, Liquid Gold is described asĪ lightweight but powerful moisturizer that fortifies your skin’s moisture barrier to help heal, hydrate, strengthen, and soothe. ![]()
